There we go. A mean doctor. That is more like it. Better than a story about a girl ogling a car.

All right, so. Time to throw in the towel on Road Trek. I don’t know what I was thinking when I started it. For some reason, I thought doing an adventure story would be a lot of fun. It wasn’t. I hated it so much I knew I would never be able to do the whole thing. So with this strip, I have put it out of its misery. I’m sorry to anyone who thought they might enjoy that story.

Back to the old Tue/Th update schedule and the gag strip, for now at least.

I made a list of my top ten albums for 2011. It’s got a song from each one and it took me forever to figure out how to get the dang videos to embed in the post. Anyway check that out if you like that sort of thing!

Also: My planned comic update schedule for the time being is every Friday. We’ll see how that works out. I wish I could post more often but these pages take a long time and I have a day job and all that.

So this is a new story. I’m getting tired of the gag-a-day stuff I’ve been doing and wanted to try my hand at a longer adventure story and this is the first page.

Does this represent a permanent change to Small Change? Maybe. We’ll see.

Is Small Change still going to update every Tuesday and Thursday? I’m going to try to make that happen, but no guarantees. These pages take a lot longer to make than the old strips, so it’s possible I’ll have to drop to one update a week or something.

In the meantime, I hope you enjoy this story!
